Returns and Refunds

MFE:

Goods kept in stock may be returned to us only by prior agreement with our Sales Department subject to the following conditions:

1. Must be in perfect condition.

2. Must be in complete units of sale in the original packaging, No part boxes (if applicable).

3. Notification of return must be within 3 days of delivery. Failure to do so will result in a handling charge of up to 20%. It is essential to quote our delivery note number for a credit note to be issued.

4. No returns will be accepted after 7 days from delivery.

NON STOCK ITEMS

Items not carried in stock are non returnable.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Orders for special products and customized garments will only be accepted on receipt of a SIGNED OFFICIAL ORDER and are NON RETURNABLE.

If goods supplied by us were incorrectly supplied please notify us immediately and a full credit will be given upon receipt of the items providing they are still in saleable condition.

No claims for shortages, non-delivery or damaged goods will be considered unless received within 3 days of delivery

Refunds Policy - Goods
Goods may be returned within 7 days and subject to valid reasons and the terms and conditions laid out above, a refund will be issued from cleared funds. Returned goods may be subject to a handling/re-stocking charge.  Please contact us prior to returning any products purchased on-line to determine and confirm credit eligibility.

General Returns
If a product or service has been purchased with a discount only the net amount actually paid will be considered, furthermore the following items are non-refundable:
· Items clearly displayed on the web site as clearance, discounted or sale merchandise
· The value of a discount
· Shipping and handling charges

Goods Damaged in Transit
We take care to package our products carefully and all goods are handed over to our carrier service provider in good condition. Please provide any correspondence with your carrier service provider to verify where the damage occurred.  If you can show the carrier service has damaged the goods in transit we will issue a replacement or full refund and seek compensation from the carrier service.  If the goods arrived within sound carrier packaging but for some other reason were damaged please return the items in their original wrapping and we will issue a replacement or refund from cleared funds.

Defective Goods
If the items you were sent are defective and unusable please notify us upon receipt in writing or by email and return within 7 days explaining why the product is unusable and given satisfactory reason we will issue a replacement product or offer a full refund including any original delivery charges.

Goods fail To Arrive
We will notify you by email when we expect to ship your product.  If your product fails to arrive as expected please contact us first so that we may trace the products on your behalf.  If the carrier provider cannot verify delivery within 28 days of the expected delivery date we will send a replacement or provide a full refund including our original postal charges from cleared funds.
